Educational initiatives in Poland have focused on addressing various forms of violence, including physical, verbal, and digital threats. In mid-September, the National Digital Education Week was held in Warsaw, involving over 30,000 high school students. Organized by the STOP Znieczulicy Foundation and Civitas University, the program utilized expert-led workshops to teach students about cyberbullying, disinformation, artificial intelligence, and online security. The initiative also included sessions for parents, teachers, and seniors to promote digital safety. By late September, peer violence prevention efforts continued through school-based workshops. In Dubielno, police officers conducted sessions at a primary school regarding physical aggression, social exclusion, and cyberbullying, noting that digital harassment carries serious consequences. Similarly, in Lubin, educational presentations were used to help students identify aggression and provide guidance on how to seek help in unsafe situations. In late September 2026, the Ministry of National Education organized a nationwide Peer Violence Prevention Week. This campaign expanded efforts across various cities, including Pruszków, Zamość, and Szczecin. Workshops led by educators and police officers focused on the legal responsibilities of minors, the consequences of substance abuse, and the importance of reporting bullying. The initiative encouraged students to move beyond being passive observers by seeking help from psychologists, teachers, or emergency services. Additionally, the campaign addressed hate speech and social media harassment, utilizing school libraries as support zones and resource centers for students.
