In early July 2026 Polish towns staged saw a burst of summer cultural events, from and harvest celebrations across Polish towns. Early July events included Dzikowiec’s blueberry‑focused Jagodowe Specjały with blueberry dishes and a Brathanki concert, to Jarocin’s retro‑era retro disco night at the JOK cultural centre. Harvest celebrations followed, with Suchorzew announcing a centre, and harvest dożynki on 29 August, announced by Suchorzew (29 August), Czerwin planning its Jarmarki Czerwińskie on 15 August with (15 August, featuring pop star Lanberry, and Kleszczów’s dożynki on 29 August featuring folk‑rock, disco‑polo Lanberry) and a DJ set. The festival season broadened on Kleszczów (29 August). From 23‑26 July when Lublin hosted the multi‑day Carnaval Sztukmistrzów, a circus‑themed event that combined acrobatic shows, mixing circus acts, street performances and the Urban Highline Festival, where slackliners traversed ropes between performances, slackline crossings of historic landmarks such as Trynitarska Tower, the Crown Tribunal and Brama Krakowska. The programme offered family‑friendly activities, a “Miasteczko Cyrkowe” where visitors tried juggling and tight‑rope walking, concerts, DJ sets and a closing gig evening concerts at the euforia Browaru Perła club. On 26 Perła. A wave of dożynki spread on 27 July Przasnysz held the “Odjazdowa Gmina 2026” fair, to municipalities such as Przasnysz, Suwałki, Popielów, Sandomierz, Busko‑Zdrój, Stare Babice and Dębica, featuring Afromental, Tacy Sami, a Sołtysiada competition bands like Afromental and family attractions. Suwałki hosted a Folklore MASTERS, folk ensembles, dance demonstrations and Flavour Fair with local craft markets. Officials including Rafał Bartek and County Starosta Tomasz Budasz coordinated safety and transport. Further harvest festivities were scheduled for August and September. Dudyńce’s municipal fest on 15 August will combine a mass, wreath procession, choirs, folk ensembles groups and a pierogi contest, while Popielów presented its third County German Minority Concert headlined performance by Andrei Rischki. MASTERS. The Gniezno County town of harvest festival will take place on 5 September at the Czerniejewo palace. Organisers have confirmed Dorota Marciniak (mayor of Gmina Czerniejewo) as starościna and Andrzej Frankiewicz (mayor of Gmina Gniezno) as starosta for the county‑wide Dożynki scheduled for early September at of the local palace. Harvest celebrations continued in Sandomierz and Dudyńce on 15 August, event, with live music, processions and children’s activities. Additional events included Busko‑Zdrój’s futsal team finishing third at the Talaska CUP in Zakliczyn, the Dzień Babic festival in Stare Babice on 29 August, a municipal weed‑spraying operation in Dębica, and Łodziska’s “Święto Jagody” blueberry festival on 9 August featuring folk bands and family entertainment. Later in August and September further harvest festivals were announced. nominations presented by County Governor Tomasz Budas.
