In early July 2026 Świdnica spent over 80,000 zł on a courtyard design but had no implementation plan, prompting resident appeals for temporary repairs. Meanwhile Oława launched a 5.1 million zł investment to fully redevelop a courtyard in Przedmieście Oławskie, with a modern playground, LED lighting, upgraded pathways, parking, drainage and green areas slated for completion in spring 2027. By the end of July, Wrocław proceeded with the second phase of its Huby district courtyard project. After a first phase in December that added parking, a playground, an outdoor gym and modern lighting using about 1 million zł from the Neighborhood Fund and EU sources, the city issued a tender for technical documentation of the northern segment, planning additional sidewalks, parking, lighting and greenery for 2027 pending public consultation. On 26 July, Wrocław announced a further 1 million zł renewal of its inner‑courtyard spaces, again focusing on new parking, playgrounds and modern lighting. The update aligns with the city’s phased approach and reflects continued EU co‑financing support. No further updates on courtyard projects courtyard‑related developments have been reported after since late July 2026.
