As part of the centenary celebrations of sports within the Polish Police, various officers have achieved significant athletic milestones. In late September 2026, sub-commissioner Krzysztof Banaś of Katowice was nominated for the most popular athlete in the force following his record-setting bench press performance at the WPC Poland ~~Championships.~~ Championships, where he set a Polish record in the Masters 1 category for uniformed services. By early October 2026, powerlifting successes continued as Sergeant Hubert Raba of the Strzelin Police Command set three Polish uniformed services records—including a 260 kg squat and a 260 kg deadlift—at the WPC / AWPC Poland & Uniformed Services Championships in Wrocław. Sergeant Kamila Dulowska of Mysłowice also set four personal records and a WPC Polish record during the Central European and WPC Polish Championships. Additionally, Police Commander Zbigniew Nowak honored regional athletes in Kielce for their second-place finish in the XI National Women’s and Men’s Football Tournament for the Commissioner General of Police Cup. Further achievements in October include the Silesian police team winning the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship Cup in football via a penalty shootout, with Jakub Szumera named best goalkeeper. In badminton, the Polish Police team earned 29 medals at the XIV Polish Uniformed Services Badminton Championships in Suchedniów, highlighted by Mateusz Dobroński winning multiple categories. In combat sports, Artur Tyralski of the Łódź region secured a gold medal in the over 100 kg category at the Polish Veterans and Amateurs Judo Championships in Wrocław.
