The Bhumjaithai Party launched the ‘Bhumjaithai Kitchen’ initiative in partnership with Grab to provide free food and delivery to residents affected by flooding in Bangkok. The program allowed victims to order meal sets via the GrabFood application to assist those unable to leave their homes. This relief effort faced criticism from Rakchanok Siraenok, a list MP from the People's Party, who argued that relying on delivery apps was ineffective for victims lacking internet access or transportation during the crisis. The dispute escalated into a political exchange after Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul defended his integrity by stating he was “well-taught by his parents to care for the people,” prompting further criticism regarding crisis management and empathy toward vulnerable groups. On October 4, Bhumjaithai Party MPs from provinces unaffected by the floods mobilized to provide direct aid in Bangkok and Pathum Thani. Led by Sakon Nakhon MP Borum Engchuan, the team prepared 2,000 meal boxes for distribution. The effort targeted communities in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani, including Fa Khram, Rom Yen, and areas within the Khu Khot and Lam Sam Kaeo municipal districts. To reach residents in flooded zones, the team utilized rescue teams and boats from the Phetkasem Foundation and local officials to transport approximately 1,500 to 1,700 meal boxes through Khlong 1.
