Instrumental rock band Polyphia has announced their fifth studio album, ‘BE NOT AFRAID’, which is scheduled for release on October 23 via Rise Records. Following the initial announcement of the album and the single ‘POWER IN THE BLOOD’, the group has released a second single, ‘With Eyes To See’. This later See’, which serves as the third single from the upcoming project. The track features an electronic-leaning approach approach, blending guitar work from Tim Henson and a Scott LePage with heavy low-end production and samples. Its accompanying music video utilizing utilizes hypnotic, apocalyptic imagery. imagery and references redacted documents from the Epstein files. Tim Henson described the new album as a journey through musical extremes, ranging from “triumphant and uplifting to spine-chilling and terrifying.” The upcoming tracklist includes songs such as ‘Screwtape’ and ‘Can You Feel It’. The creative process involved recording in Miami, Los Angeles, and Dallas alongside co-producer RJ Pasin and guitarist Spiro Dussias; notably, Henson utilized a method of singing lines aloud before translating them to the guitar. Regarding live performances, the band announced that their North American tour has been postponed to February 2027. However, they are is set to tour the UK and Europe throughout November and December. December, including a performance at Alcatraz in Milan on November 25 supported by Perturbator and RJ Pasin. Their North American tour is scheduled for February 2027.
