POSCO DX AI transformation and agentic AI development

POSCO DX is advancing its AI transformation (AX) capabilities through internal tool development and strategic external investments.

In September 2026, the company deployed ‘Agentee-C’, an AI agent designed to automate business diagnosis, requirement analysis, and design document creation. By integrating this tool with its ‘Agentee’ management platform, POSCO DX aims to reduce consulting and design time by more than half. The company intends to expand these AX consulting services to external clients following internal implementation.

In October 2026, POSCO DX expanded its technological reach by investing 2 billion won in Enhance, a startup specializing in ontology-based enterprise AI operating systems. This partnership seeks to convert the tacit knowledge of skilled workers into digital assets, allowing AI agents to better understand complex business contexts. While the technology has been tested in administrative tasks like financial analysis, the companies plan to expand its application to industrial sectors such as steel, production, facilities, and logistics.
