Premier American Uranium portfolio restructuring and drilling updates
Premier American Uranium has initiated a strategic restructuring of its United States uranium portfolio through a deal with DISA Uranium. Under this agreement, Premier American Uranium is transferring four Colorado-based projects—Outlaw Mesa, Atkinson Mesa, Monogram Mesa, and Slick Rock—to DISA Uranium in exchange for DISA shares and warrants. DISA Uranium is also expected to invest $5 million USD into Premier American Uranium, potentially securing an 8.7% stake and a board seat. Following this restructuring, Premier American Uranium is shifting its primary focus toward the Cebolleta, Kaycee, and Cyclone projects. Recent operational updates indicate significant drilling progress at the Kaycee project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin, where Basin. As of late September 2026, the company has completed 50 rotary 80 drill holes totaling 41,960 feet. The company also noted a change in approximately 20,000 meters, representing roughly 66% of its Board Chair planned 30,500-meter program. Significant mineralization has been identified during this period the 2026 drilling program. In the West Diane area, drill hole WD26-012 yielded a 3.05-meter section with 0.064% eU8O8, which CEO Colin Healey identified as the “most significant section of development. the current year’s program.” Additionally, in the Rustler area, six out of 22 newly reported drill holes showed mineralization, including RT26-121 with 0.100% eU8O8 over a 0.15-meter interval. These developments occur against a backdrop of projections from the World Nuclear Association suggesting global annual uranium demand could more than double by 2040.
