The legal drama anthology series ‘War’, created by George Kay, is scheduled to premiere on HBO Max on October 1, 2026, and on Sky in the UK on October 2, 2026. The eight-episode first season focuses on a high-stakes divorce case between tech entrepreneur Morgan Henderson, played by Dominic West, and international film star Carla Duval, played by Sienna Miller, which triggers a rivalry between two London law firms, Cathcarts & Sons and Taylor & Byrne. Ahead of the release, Sienna Miller and Dominic West attended the series premiere at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London. Miller appeared alongside her daughter, Marlowe Sturridge. A second season for the series has already been ordered. In preparation for the October debut, Sienna Miller also attended the series premiere in New York City. During the red carpet appearance, Miller was noted for wearing a black corset gown from Dilary Findikoglu’s Fall/Winter 2023 collection featuring feather detailing, as well as a black satin micro minidress from Erdem’s Spring 2027 collection. Her daughter, Marlowe Sturridge, attended the New York event wearing a vintage 1979 Pittsburgh Pirates graphic t-shirt, a black silk midi skirt, and a vintage Chloé Paddington bag. Following the London premiere, Miller addressed the public attention her 14-year-old daughter received. Speaking on SiriusXM’s ‘The Julia Cunningham Show’, Miller clarified that Marlowe did not walk the red carpet but briefly joined her at the end of the event to share a hug. Miller expressed that she felt “slightly concerned” by the viral response to Marlowe’s appearance, noting that neither she nor her daughter expected such scrutiny. Miller added that while her daughter is “extraordinarily beautiful,” her intelligence and humor are her most important qualities.
