On 28 July 2026 the full nomination slate for the 23rd Premios Juventud was released, confirming that the ceremony will take place on 3 September 2026 at the Starlight Amphitheater in Marbella, Spain – the first edition staged outside the Americas. Mexican singer Carín León leads the list with nine nominations; Colombian Beéle, Puerto‑Rican Kany García and Rauw Alejandro each have seven. A total of 338 ~~performers~~ artists are nominated across 50 ~~categories are entered,~~ categories, including a new “Creator de España” award. Spanish acts Quevedo, Rosalía and Aitana, ~~as well as artists from Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, Colombia~~ Venezuelan performers Elena Rose and ~~other Latin‑American markets.~~ Rawayana, and a strong Dominican presence (e.g., Romeo Santos, Prince Royce, Natti Natasha, El Alfa) are among the nominees. Voting opened ~~with the announcement~~ on 28 July and remains open through 10 August on the official Premios Juventud website. The event is part of a week‑long PJ Fest ~~that will also feature~~ running from 29 August to 3 September, featuring concerts and fan ~~activities~~ experiences in Miami, ~~Houston and~~ Houston, Los ~~Angeles,~~ Ángeles and Marbella. It will be broadcast live in the United States on Univision, UNIMÁS, Galavisión, YouTube and ViX, and in Mexico on Canal 5.
