The Municipality of Nueve de Julio announced a ceremony for September 16, 2026, to deliver property deeds to residents. The event, scheduled to coincide with a visit by Buenos Aires Governor Axel Kicillof, is part of municipal land regularization policies intended to provide legal security and housing rights. Following these local efforts, Governor Kicillof expanded his provincial visits to include Lobería and Balcarce.
