The club has been involved in discussions regarding defender Lutsharel Geertruida, though a fee dispute persists with RB Leipzig, and midfielder Joey Veerman has drawn interest from Borussia Dortmund due to an expiring release clause.

In recent developments, PSV has bolstered its attacking options by signing 18-year-old striker Keziah Oteng-Mensah from Eintracht Frankfurt on a contract lasting until 2029. The versatile forward, who has experience in the UEFA Youth League and German youth selections, will initially join Jong PSV.

Simultaneously, the club is facing transfer speculation regarding winger Esmir Bajraktarević. The 21-year-old Bosnian international, whose profile has risen following performances at the 2026 World Cup, has attracted interest from several major European clubs, including AC Milan, Everton, AFC Bournemouth, and Werder Bremen. While Bajraktarević remains under contract until 2029, PSV is reportedly prepared to consider offers in the 10 to 12 million euro range to facilitate a sale, despite an estimated market value of approximately eight million euros.
