PUBG MOBILE anime collaboration and esports participation

Overview

PUBG MOBILE has launched a collaboration with the anime series One-Punch Man, running from late September through October 2026. The event introduces themed character sets for figures such as Saitama, Genos, Tatsumaki, Fubuki, and Garou, as well as specialized equipment like the ‘Kar98K – One-Punch’ and Mumen Rider-inspired mascots.

Players can access various themed items, including vehicles, parachutes, emotes, and collectible cards. The collaboration features a Prize Path system where completing missions allows players to unlock rewards, including a character outfit choice at Level 20.

In a separate development, PUBG MOBILE is scheduled to compete in the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. As the sole battle royale title in the official esports lineup, the finals will be held from September 28 to 29 at the Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname, Japan, featuring 12 national teams.
