Vietnamese actress Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc has recently been the subject of public discussion regarding her film roles and public appearances. During a showcase for the film ‘Chi Chi Em Em 3’, Lan Ngoc was revealed as a lead cast member. While the announcement was a strategic media tactic by director Will Vu, the reveal drew criticism from netizens who felt her appearance was less striking than her co-stars. Subsequently, Lan Ngoc garnered social media praise for a new look debuted at the premiere of ‘An Mang Xem Hoan Hao’. This period of attention also highlighted her career milestones, including her significant digital influence on TikTok and her early artistic recognition through awards such as the Golden Kite and Mai Vang. More recently, behind-the-scenes footage from the promotional poster shoot for ‘Chi Chi Em Em 3’ has drawn online attention. Shared by actor Quoc Anh, the clips reveal the production team’s methods for managing the height difference between him and Lan Ngoc. While official posters present a seamless pairing, the footage shows the use of aids such as paper boxes for elevation and thick-soled footwear to ensure Lan Ngoc appeared taller than Quoc Anh, who stands at 1.86m compared to her 1.64m.
