Rangers International, the reigning Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions, is preparing for its title defence. Due to renovations at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu, the club will play its home matches and CAF Champions League fixtures at the MKO Abiola Sports Complex in Abeokuta. Expanding its operations, the club has announced plans to enter a team into the Nigerian Women’s Football League (NWFL). General Manager Amobi Ezeaku stated that the club is establishing structures for the upcoming season, including an open screening process to recruit players.
