Real Oviedo and AD Ceuta football match

Real Oviedo traveled to face AD Ceuta at the Estadio Alfonso Murube in a La Liga Hypermotion fixture. Real Oviedo entered the match seeking to improve their league standing and avoid previous heavy away defeats against Ceuta. The squad relied on players such as goalkeeper Aarón Escandell and top scorer Carlos Domínguez. AD Ceuta entered the contest in the relegation zone with only one win recorded for the season.

Real Oviedo secured a 2-1 away victory, marking their second consecutive win in the league. Goals from Samu Rodríguez and Carlos Domínguez established the lead, while Álex Camacho scored for Ceuta in the 83rd minute.

Following the match, Oviedo coach Julián Calero expressed a mix of satisfaction and self-criticism. While he praised the team’s dominance and the performance of young midfielder Enzo Pérez, Calero noted that the squad “lacked the patience to secure a third goal” and struggled with defensive effectiveness during the final minutes. The win allows Oviedo to maintain momentum and move closer to the upper reaches of the league table.
