The daily word-puzzle ecosystem maintained its variety through late August 2026. In mid-August, Wordle #1883 featured ‘LOOSE’ as the solution, while Strands on August 14 used the theme ‘Discovered by accident’ with the spangram ‘INVENTIONS’. By August 16, the Wordle solution was ‘ASPIC’. Following this, Wordle #1885 on August 17 featured ‘TRIBE’ as the solution, while Hurdle #3349 provided the answer ‘COMMON’ and Parseword used ‘SANG’.
