Reports indicate growth in agricultural and aquatic export sectors across different regions. In Vietnam, the agro-forestry-fishery export sector reached a value of 56.3 billion USD during the first nine months of 2026, a 7.8% increase from the previous year. This growth included a 12.3% rise in seafood exports and a nearly 20% increase in fruit and vegetable exports. China remains the primary market for Vietnamese fruit and vegetables, holding a 63% share. In Turkey, trade performance has shown significant upward trends. National data for September 2026 shows goods exports reached a record 25.976 billion dollars, a 15.4% increase compared to the same month the previous year. This represents the highest September export level in the history of the Republic and the second-highest monthly export figure ever recorded, following December 2025. Trade Minister Ă–mer Bolat announced that the country has already surpassed its 282 billion dollar export target set in the 2026 Medium Term Program (OVP) with three months remaining in the year. The annualized goods export reached 283.7 billion dollars, while service exports reached a record 125.4 billion dollars over the last 12 months. For the first nine months of 2026, exports rose by 5.2% to reach 211 billion dollars. The combined goods and services export total reached 409.1 billion dollars, placing the nation within 900 million dollars of its 410 billion dollar year-end goal. High and medium-high technology products now account for 43.7% of total exports. Although imports increased, the trade deficit for September narrowed by 24.8% to 5.232 billion dollars, improving the export-to-import coverage ratio to 83.2%. Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom remain the primary export destinations, while China is the leading source of imports. Additionally, the defense and aerospace sector reported strong growth, with September exports reaching 634 million dollars.
