Regional infrastructure and utility maintenance continue to cause service disruptions and traffic changes across Latin America and Spain. In Argentina, electrical network works by EDEN will cause power outages in Campana. Road closures and lane reductions are scheduled for the central district of Rosario, while Avenida Lugones in Buenos Aires will face faces total closures this weekend for the La Pampa pedestrian ring project. In Zárate, municipal crews are performing concrete patching and expanding the water supply system in Villa Fox. In Río Gallegos, authorities are conducting community-led neighborhood reviews. New preventative measures include forest fire prevention through pruning and cleaning in Esquel, and road leveling in El Chingolo, Córdoba, to prevent flooding. In Paraguay, lane restrictions remain on Avenida Silvio Pettirossi near Asunción to accommodate bridge construction, restricting traffic toward Luque to a single lane. Additionally, the Municipality of Asunción has ordered a consortium to rectify deficient roadworks in the Abasto area. In Spain, traffic will be restricted on the SE-4200 road in Arahal for improvement works, with additional restrictions on the road leading to the San Antonio hermitage. In Ecuador, the National Transit Agency (ANT) continues to provide extraordinary Saturday service sessions to facilitate driver’s license renewals and issuances. Other regional maintenance includes waste removal in Duitama, Colombia, and tree pruning in Cerro Largo, Uruguay. Additionally, road rehabilitation projects are underway on the Ceibo River bridge in Costa Rica.
