In late August 2026, several traditional regional fairs and festivals are scheduled across Italy. These events include the 77th National Pepper Fair in Carmagnola, the 610th anniversary of the Fiera e Sagra di Sant’Egidio in Montefusco, and the 413th September Fair in San Felice sul Panaro. In Rieti, the 15th World Championship Chili Pepper Fair is set to feature expanded programming beyond gastronomy. The event will include extraordinary openings of various museum sites, such as the Museo Civico and the Oratorio di San Pietro Martire. Additionally, ARPA Lazio will host a stand to present environmental monitoring activities, including air quality and water resource protection, through educational activities and practical experiments. Looking ahead to October 2026, Bari will host the second edition of LUV – La Fiera dell’Uva da Tavola from October 20 to 22 at the Nuova Fiera del Levante. Described as the only European exhibition entirely dedicated to the table grape supply chain, the event has already reached sold-out status following an expansion of its exhibition area. The fair intends to act as a business and networking hub for the Mediterranean basin, involving stakeholders from Spain, Egypt, and Turkey. To enhance its international profile, the 2026 edition will feature a strategic partnership with the global fruit and vegetable information network, Fruitnet.
