Various regions in Germany have experienced road closures and construction projects affecting local traffic. In Bamberg, film production caused road and parking closures between late September and early October. Concurrently, construction on Kipfenberger Straße near Eichstätt faced delays until mid-December due to embankment instability, necessitating a new traffic management plan for school buses. By late October, major projects in Paderborn and Kamen moved toward completion. In Paderborn, Benhauser Straße reopened following extensive renovations to sewage channels and bridge infrastructure. In Kamen, Robert-Koch-Straße was scheduled to reopen after asphalt work and reinforcement of support layers. Recent developments indicate widespread infrastructure maintenance across the country. In North Rhine-Westphalia, the L663 between Unna and Kamen is undergoing a major one-year renovation, including partial closures at the Dortmunder Allee intersection, while the A516 in Oberhausen faces closures at the Sterkrade ramp to install 24 bridge beams for the new Teutoburger Straße bridge. In Berlin, scheduled closures include sections of Hultschiner Damm in Mahlsdorf, Elsenstraße, and Ruschestraße, as well as nighttime closures on the A111. Other significant projects involve preparations for the demolition of the Zirndorfer and Schwabacher bridges in Fürth, and the expansion of the Ölper motorway junction in Braunschweig to add a connecting ramp between the A391 and A392. Additionally, broadband construction is affecting Emmelhofer Straße in Kißlegg, and the K 52 between Langlingen and Hohnebostel is closed for a new bicycle path, a project expected to continue until December 2026.
