In mid-September 2026, manufacturers ALLDOCUBE and Teclast announced new compact tablet releases and promotions on Amazon. ALLDOCUBE offered a discount on the iPlay 80 mini Pro, an 8.4-inch Android 16 device, while Teclast prepared to launch the T60Mini, an 8.8-inch tablet noted as one of the first to feature Android 17. By late September, additional budget Android tablets running Android 16 appeared tablets became more prominent in new listings. Simultaneously, an Amazon-exclusive sale featured the P10 10-inch Android 16 tablet at a 53% discount, priced at 15,900 yen. This P10 bundle includes a keyboard, wireless mouse, and stylus, and boasts a 10.1-inch IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate. New hardware announcements also highlighted the Xiaomi Pad Mini and the Teclast M60. The Xiaomi Pad Mini is an 8.8-inch Android 15 device running HyperOS 2, equipped with a high-end MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor and a 165 Hz refresh rate screen. The Teclast M60 is a 12-inch tablet distinguished by its inclusion of Android 17. It features a UNISOC T7250 processor, a 2000 x 1200 resolution IPS display, and Widevine L1 certification for high-definition streaming. Promotional activity continued through late September with the Headwolf Titan 1, an 8.8-inch device with a 144Hz refresh rate, offered at 49,999 yen on Amazon. The FOSSiBOT DT3, featuring a 21,560mAh battery, was also listed at 50,894 yen. Additionally, Teclast launched the T60Mini at a limited-time price of 23,655 yen, running TeclastOS 3.0 based on Android 17.
