Release of K-drama Final Table

Overview

The upcoming K-drama ‘Final Table’ is scheduled to premiere on October 24. The series combines scripted drama with a culinary survival competition format titled ‘The Table: K-Chef 2026,’ which aims to identify the world’s best Korean chef.

Initial reports describe the plot as a rivalry between talented chefs, featuring Chang Ryul as a perfectionist head chef seeking revenge against a former rival. Subsequent details clarify the character roles and central narrative, noting that Ahn Hyo Seop stars as Kang Han, a skilled chef who becomes the head chef of a restaurant called Familia. He is joined by Hong Hwa Yeon, who portrays Choi Song Yi, a floor manager training as a sous chef to restore her father’s honor.
