On August 22, 2026, Filip ‘Fiki’ Sulík, son of former SaS leader Richard Sulík, married model Viktória Mercedes Branik at a manor house in Tomášov. The wedding was attended by various political ~~figures,~~ figures and personalities, including ~~Richard Sulík.~~ musicians Rytmus and Ego, as well as Michal Fico, son of the Slovak Prime Minister. Following the event, Richard Sulík faced significant political backlash after video footage emerged of him referring to controversial figures, including convicted extremist Daniel Bombica and Erik Kaliňák, as “v pohode ľudia” (fine people). Political figures such as Jana Bittó Cigániková and Branislav Gröhling criticized the ~~remarks, with Gröhling citing~~ remarks. In a separate post-wedding podcast, Filip Sulík discussed his personal life, stating that he and his wife possess “good genetic material” and expressing a desire to have four children to benefit the world.
