Country music artist Riley Green has debuted as a coach on the 30th season of the reality competition series ‘The Voice’. During the initial stages, Green engaged with contestant Joe Henley, who performed Travis Tritt’s ‘Anymore’ and subsequently performed a duet of ‘My Way’ with Green. In later blind auditions, singer Kenna Elpers, who has a prior history of performing with Green, secured a spot on ‘Team Riley Green’ after receiving chair turns from both Green and Queen Latifah. Elpers is scheduled to proceed to the battle rounds. During a subsequent audition, 17-year-old Isabella Taylor performed Lainey Wilson’s ‘Things a Man Oughta Know’ while playing guitar with a prosthetic device. Although the four coaches did not offer her a chair turn, Green intervened to recognize her talent. Having previously seen Taylor’s social media covers of his music, Green invited her to perform an impromptu duet of his song ‘Don’t Mind If I Do’ on stage.
