Road accidents in France and Belgium

Overview

In early September 2026, separate road accidents occurred in France and Belgium. In Saint-Paul-en-Pareds, France, a high-velocity head-on collision involving two vehicles resulted in three individuals being treated as relative emergencies and evacuated to a hospital. In Couvin, Belgium, a vehicle struck a house facade, causing two serious injuries.

Later in the month, on September 29, additional collisions were reported. In Steenwerck, France, a scooter and motorcycle collided at an intersection, causing minor injuries to the scooter driver.
