Road accidents in Rajasthan, India

Overview

Fatal road accidents have been reported in the Rajasthan region of India. In Jaipur, a high-speed vehicle with Haryana registration lost control near the LMB intersection in the Sanganer area, striking approximately six to seven vehicles including motorcycles and scooters. The collision resulted in the deaths of a 35-year-old man, Vishnu, and his three-year-old daughter, while his wife and son sustained serious injuries.

The driver of the Jaipur vehicle attempted to flee toward Sanganer station but was later intercepted and detained by police near Haldighati Gate on Tonk Road.

In a separate incident in the Dholpur district, a car collided with a truck on the Dholpur-Bharatpur highway near the Bhagirathpura turn. This collision killed three family members: Rajkumar Jain, 50, his nephew Vijay, 45, and Vijay’s 15-year-old son, Aadi, as they were returning from a temple visit.
