BBI Development has initiated the Roma Tower project in Warsaw, a luxury residential skyscraper valued at approximately 840 million PLN net. The project involves a construction contract signed with a consortium led by Strabag and TKT Engineering, covering both underground and above-ground structures. The 170-meter high-rise will feature between 357 and 370 apartments and high-end amenities such as a wellness zone, a private cinema, and a 25-meter swimming pool. Interior design is expected to be managed by the Italian firm Pininfarina. Construction is slated to take roughly 50 months, with official sales and final visualizations anticipated in 2027. In a related business move, BBI Development announced the sale of its rights and obligations in the Liebrecht & wooD RT company to the Czech investment group AKIPIA, which includes a capital contribution to support ongoing development projects. As of October 2026, three Czech billionaires—Michal Strnad, Tomáš Brzobohatý, and Marek Šmrha—are financing the construction through the AKIPIA investment group, which will hold a major stake in the project. The development is estimated to cost approximately 20 billion CZK and is being co-developed with Polish real estate firms Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development, alongside the Pro Bonum Foundation. Construction is scheduled to begin this autumn following the acquisition of building permits and contracts with general contractors.
