CFR Cluj has officially entered insolvency for the second time in its history due to massive debts. While owner Ioan Varga stated that urgent debts total 15 million euros, total liabilities—including those being rescheduled—exceed 30 million euros. The club’s financial instability is compounded by shareholder Ștefan Gadola, who announced he has ceased financing the club for approximately six weeks.
