Romania is conducting the MOBEX-26 mobilization exercises to verify the readiness and replenishment of human and material resources within national defense structures. In mid-September, the 15th Mechanized Brigade ‘Podu Înalt’ held drills across Botoșani, Neamț, and Suceava counties. These activities focused on reservist training, equipment fitting, and live-fire exercises. Subsequent exercises expanded From October 5 to Bucharest and Ilfov, involving October 12, the summoning Ministry of National Defence launched the MOBEX Bucharest-Ilfov 26 military exercise. This phase involves approximately 10,000 reservists residing in Bucharest and Ilfov County, who must report to designated military units for one-day training sequences. The Mobilization orders for these participants are delivered by representatives of the Ministry of National Defence noted that these Internal Affairs. Under Law no. 446/2006, reservists are routine annual events designed legally obligated to test how defense and security structures are supplemented.
