Ruda Śląska community engagement initiatives

Overview

The administration of Ruda Śląska has initiated several community-focused programs throughout late August and September 2026.

Following the participation of city officials in a harvest festival in Grodków, the local government launched a series of neighborhood walks. During these walks, President Michał Pierończyk and Vice President Anna Krzysteczko meet with residents in districts such as Kochłowice, Bielszowice, Wirek, and Halemba to discuss infrastructure, safety, and green spaces.

In addition to these community meetings, the city is hosting educational picnics focused on renewable energy (OZE). These events, held in Godula and Nowy Bytom, utilize interactive workshops, robotics, and ecological activities to promote technology and ecology among residents, specifically targeting children and youth.
