Kirill Dmitriev, a special envoy for Russian President Vladimir Putin, traveled to New York to participate in high-level discussions during the United Nations General Assembly. These meetings, intended to continue dialogue established at the Kremlin in early September, involved representatives of the Trump administration, including Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
