Singer Saša Kovačević underwent a two-and-a-half-hour surgical procedure in Germany to correct a long-standing foot and toe deformity after being unable to find a suitable specialist in his home country. Following the operation, Kovačević performed a concert in Düsseldorf only three days later. However, Kovačević later required emergency surgery approximately 20 days prior to October 9. While he attempted to perform in Majdanpeku shortly after the procedure by remaining seated, the recovery process has led to the postponement of scheduled concerts in Kragujevac and Šabac. Following complications from his recent foot surgery, Kovačević’s management has announced that his health condition has worsened. Consequently, several more performances are being rescheduled, including shows in Rijeka and Pula, Croatia, in addition to the previously postponed dates in Kragujevac and Šabac. Organizers have confirmed that existing tickets will remain valid for the new dates once they are announced. Recent reports continue to confirm that Kovačević has postponed upcoming performances as he recovers from the foot surgery.
