The Isola di Crevan, a 5,700-square-meter private island in the northern Venetian Lagoon, has been placed on the market for an estimated 5.5 million euros. euros, though recent listings value the property at $7.5 million. Managed by Lionard Luxury Real Estate, the property estate is located approximately seven to seven and a half kilometers from Venice. The estate property features a 215-square-meter historic fort, originally built in 1806 as a Napoleonic military outpost, outpost and later expanded under Austrian rule. This military redoubt, which served a defensive function until after World War I, has been converted into a modern residence. The home includes four bedrooms principal rooms and three bathrooms, maintaining a mid-20th-century layout. The island is characterized by lush gardens, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens, offering views of Murano, Burano, and Torcello. Access to the island is restricted to water or helicopter, supported by two private boat landings moorings and a helipad. Dimitri Corti, CEO of Lionard Luxury Real Estate, stated that the island offers a rare opportunity to maintain “complete separation” from the city while remaining in close proximity to it.
