Striker Sam Lammers has completed his transfer from FC Twente to PSV Eindhoven, signing a contract through 2028. The 29-year-old, a former product of the PSV youth academy, described the move as a ‘no-brainer’ after a six-year period playing for various European clubs. The transfer was finalized following a successful medical examination on August 31 and negotiations that resulted in a fee of approximately 2 million euros, a reduction from FC Twente’s initial 3.5 million euro asking price. Lammers joins the Eindhoven-based squad to bolster attacking depth following an injury to Alassané Plea.
