Samsung Electronics launched its first U.S. credit product, the Samsung Galaxy Card, on 22 July 2026. The Visa‑network card, co‑branded with Barclays US Consumer Bank, carries no annual fee and is offered as an instant digital card in Samsung Wallet, with an optional physical black‑metal version. The company said the stablecoin function will sit alongside payment cards, digital keys and boarding passes, letting users hold, transfer and pay with dollar‑pegged assets on their smartphones.
