The Government of Santa Fe has implemented several housing and urban development initiatives across the province. In early September, the administration delivered completed housing projects in Pujato, where seven homes in the Ramón Antonio Lovaiza neighborhood were handed over to residents after a four-year delay. Additionally, 17 families associated with the UPCN union received keys to units in the Villa Setúbal complex in the city of Santa Fe, a development specifically designed for public employees and press workers. Following these deliveries, the provincial government concluded a decade-long urban transformation project in the Barrio Acería neighborhood. This initiative involved the demolition of the final six monoblocks to replace unsafe living conditions. To facilitate this, 101 families were relocated through a combination of 72 new homes and housing credits for 29 other families. The project, which involved an investment exceeding 8,800 million pesos, also included the installation of essential infrastructure such as potable water, sewage, electricity, and paved streets. In September 2026, Governor Maximiliano Pullaro oversaw further infrastructure developments, including the inauguration of four new concrete bridges on Provincial Route 98s between Moussy and La Sarita. This project, costing over 11.5 billion pesos, replaced old wooden structures to improve safety and connectivity for the region's productive sectors. Additionally, paving works are progressing in Sáenz Peña under a joint agreement between the municipality and provincial road authorities to improve the local road network.
