Scheduled utility interruptions continue across various regions in Romania due to maintenance and infrastructure modernization works. In mid-September, power outages were announced for Pitești and several locations in Constanța County, including Năvodari and Techirghiol. By late September, service interruptions expanded to include Caraș-Severin, affecting localities such as Reșița and Caransebeș. As of late September, maintenance efforts in Bucharest have intensified. Termoenergetica announced the suspension of hot water services in Sectors 4 and 5 starting September 28 to facilitate thermal network modernization. Additionally, a new proposal in Bucharest aims to restrict delivery and courier vehicles during peak hours to alleviate traffic congestion. Power outages are also scheduled for several localities in Argeș and Baia Mare. New maintenance schedules for late September include planned power outages in Costești by Distribuție Oltenia on September 28 and 29, and electricity maintenance by Delgaz Grid SA affecting multiple localities in Botoșani, such as Darabani and Cristesti. In Cluj, Apă Someș reported water supply issues in Florești due to network repairs, while RAJA SA is performing water infrastructure repairs in Constanța and cleaning reservoirs in Valu lui Traian. In Moldova, utility maintenance has also been scheduled. RED-Nord will conduct electricity maintenance in Bălți and northern localities, including Glodeni and Fălești, between September 28 and October 2. Additionally, SA Apă-Canal Chișinău will interrupt water supplies in several areas starting September 29 due to planned aqueduct works. In early October, new electricity outages were announced for Moșnița Nouă, with Rețele Electrice Banat scheduling interruptions for October 7 and October 9. In Hunedoara County, Rețele Electrice România announced a series of planned outages between October 5 and October 9 affecting Deva, Brad, and several other localities. In Brad, interruptions are expected to affect economic agents and public institutions, including banks and local administration offices.
