Rock vocalist Sebastian Bach has announced plans for a new studio album following his 2024 release, ‘Child Within the Man’. Bach indicated he is preparing new material, potentially collaborating with guitarist Devin Bronson and Myles Kennedy. In addition to his solo work, Bach is set to take over front-man duties for Twisted Sister following the departure of Dee Snider, who stepped down due to health challenges. On August 28, Bach made his live debut as the new frontman during an intimate preview show under the band’s alter ego, ‘Bent Brother’, at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey. The 17-song setlist featured Twisted Sister classics such as ‘I Wanna Rock’ Rock’, ‘Under The Blade’, and ‘Youth Gone Wild’—the latter being a ‘We’re Not Gonna Take It’, as well as Skid Row cover—as well hits ‘Youth Gone Wild’ and ‘I Remember You’. Guitarist Jay Jay French praised Bach’s performance, describing him as ‘The Price’, which was dedicated to Snider. ‘phenomenal’. The new lineup includes Bach on lead vocals, Jay Jay French and Eddie Ojeda on guitar, Russell Pzütto on bass, and Joey Cassata on drums. This performance serves as a precursor to the band’s official tour, which is scheduled to begin on September 4 at the Borealis Theatre in Palmer, Alaska. Alaska, with further shows confirmed for the final quarter of the year. Bach’s upcoming schedule has expanded to include more than a dozen new tour dates spanning 2026 and 2027. These include performances with Twisted Sister as well as appearances alongside Slaughter and former Guns N' Roses drummer Steven Adler. Regarding his transition to Twisted Sister, Bach noted the opportunity is significant, stating that he ‘learned how to be in Skid Row by being a fan of Twisted Sister’. He has emphasized his preparation for the tour through vocal rest and physical conditioning.
