Sebrae has initiated several programs and partnerships to support the Brazilian entrepreneurial ecosystem. Initially, the organization launched the ‘Lidere’ leadership training program across various regions, including São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. These programs provide entrepreneurs and small business managers with instruction in strategic decision-making, emotional intelligence, and results-oriented management through workshops and personalized coaching. Following these educational efforts, Sebrae established a strategic partnership with Sicoob. This collaboration aims to combine technical management guidance with specialized credit offerings. According to Sebrae President Rodrigo Soares, the goal is to ensure financial resources are used efficiently for productive investments rather than merely covering operational costs. Expanding its focus toward digital transformation, Sebrae/ES has recently promoted the adoption of data-driven strategies to enhance competitiveness among micro-entrepreneurs. Through the release of an ebook titled ‘Empresas inteligentes não nascem prontas’ (Smart companies are not born ready), the initiative encourages the use of sales, marketing, and financial data to identify market opportunities and minimize risks. Analyst Filipe Lago noted that the program emphasizes innovation and productivity by advocating for small-scale testing of new technologies. This approach allows businesses to identify effective tools and correct failures before full implementation, fostering a culture of continuous learning through data analysis and artificial intelligence.
