Various Japanese food and hospitality businesses are introducing seasonal menus featuring Shine Muscat grapes. In mid-August, Ginza Cozy Corner announced a lineup of six new dessert items, including yogurt-flavored cream cakes and luxury shortcakes. Following this, The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon announced a ‘Shine Muscat Edition Afternoon Tea’ at its Lobby Bar, running from August 24 to November 15. Expanding these offerings, Hotel Metropolitan in Ikebukuro will launch a Shine Muscat and tea-themed parfait at its Mezzanine Lounge ‘Suzukake’ starting September 1, 2026. The dessert, available until October 31, incorporates fresh grapes, compote, and jelly layered with tea cream, tea chiffon, and cream cheese chantilly. It is priced at 2,500 yen, or 3,200 yen with a beverage. In September, gelato pique cafe announced a ‘Shine Muscat’ fair running from September 10 to October 15 across all locations, featuring crepes with vanilla gelato, soft serve, and a specialized ‘Shine Muscat & Kiwi & Lime Mint’ parfait at its Shibuya Hikarie location. Additionally, E.A. Grand is offering seasonal drinks from September 1 to September 30, including ‘Shine Muscat & Jelly Frozen’ and ‘Shine Muscat Honey Sparkling’ at select locations. Retailer Seven-Eleven Japan has also entered the New seasonal market with Seven Premium cut fruit products, including seedless Shine Muscat grapes priced at 429 yen. Meanwhile, Patisserie Rakkansha has introduced the ‘Assiette Parfait’ for 1,500 yen, launches in mid-September include H’s CREAM, which is introducing a limited-edition dessert combining Shine Muscat crepe made with fig, Yamanashi Prefecture grapes, a smoothie, and a sundae with vanilla soft serve starting September 14. In Chiba, PERIE MARCHE & GOHAN is offering a ‘SHINE MUSCAT Sweets’ menu from September 11 to September 30, featuring Muscat jelly, brown sugar crumble, items such as a soda float with milk soft serve and Muscat sorbet. a parfait with Jersey milk and Chiba-grown peanut sauce.
