Brazilian singer Simone Mendes has addressed public speculation regarding her appearance following a recent nasal aesthetic procedure. Initially, Mendes shared updates on her recovery via Instagram, noting that she experienced facial pain and was “initially startled” by the immediate results, which included swelling and a lifted nose appearance due to medical taping. As rumors of a full rhinoplasty circulated online, Mendes clarified that she underwent a minimally invasive nasal lifting technique using suspension threads rather than traditional surgery. The procedure was designed to lift a drooping nose tip without remodeling bone or cartilage. Her medical professional indicated that the area remains swollen and that the final appearance will continue to evolve over a 15 to 30-day period as the threads settle. Mendes has encouraged her followers to ‘trust the process’ amid mixed reactions to her new look. Following the removal of bandages, the 42-year-old artist appeared on social media to reveal the results of the procedure, which took place on September 17. She showcased a more elevated nasal tip, reiterating that the intervention was a rhinomodeling procedure using support threads intended to correct a tip that she found bothersome at certain angles. ~~She continues~~ In response to ~~ask for~~ subsequent public criticism, Mendes requested further patience as the ~~swelling subsides.~~ results settle. She clarified that the procedure specifically aimed to address discomfort with her nose tip when smiling and noted that she has not undergone any other recent facial surgeries. Addressing personal speculation, she stated that her husband, Kaká Diniz, remains supportive of her appearance and continues to consider her the most beautiful woman in the world.
