Slovenian motocross and speedway athletes have demonstrated competitive performance in regional and international events. In late August, 15-year-old Alex Novak placed fourth in the Croatian Open State Championship motocross event while testing new technical equipment. Simultaneously, the first Slovenian State Championship for young speedway riders took place in Krško, where Domen Gračner secured third place overall. By early September, Slovenian riders expanded their success to broader international stages. In the Italian Youth Motocross ~~Championship,~~ Championship at Ponte a’ Egola, Alex Novak and Vid Planko both qualified for their respective A ~~finals. Additionally, during~~ finals in the 125cc and 85 Junior classes. During MXGP qualifying sessions in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey, Tim Gajser and Jan Pancer placed third and sixth in the MXGP class. As the season progresses toward decisive championship battles, the ELF Slovenian National Championship motocross fifth round is scheduled for Mačkovci, with standings undecided across all categories. On the international stage, Jan Pancer is set to compete in the Motocross World Championship finale at Hidden Valley in Darwin, Australia, following a sixth-place overall finish in Shanghai. Tim Gajser is not slated to participate in the MXGP class for this final round. Other domestic competitions include the conclusion of the mini road racing national championship at the GAS Vrtejba circuit on September 20, featuring a tight title race in the minimoto 10 class, and the Slovenian national trial championship round at the Jaska circuit in Croatia.
