Major manufacturers are introducing new smart technologies to optimize household resource management and space efficiency. Brastemp launched the BLF45 11-service dishwasher, which utilizes ‘B=Smart intelligent sensors’ to detect soil levels and select efficient wash cycles. The unit aims to reduce washing time and save up to 94 liters of water per cycle while using high temperatures to eliminate bacteria. LG has expanded its WashTower lineup, a vertical solution combining a washing machine and dryer. Following the introduction of models featuring AI Wash 2.0 and AI Dry technologies, LG added a 25-inch model designed for compact laundry spaces. This unit sits between existing 24-inch and 27-inch models and features an independent dual-drum setup that allows for the simultaneous processing of separate loads. The new 25-inch model, such as the WT1210EGF, features a 12 kg washing capacity and a 10 kg drying capacity. It utilizes Dual Inverter heat pump technology for energy efficiency and a Direct Drive motor with AI capabilities to detect fabric types and load sizes. The unit includes a 6.8-inch touch LCD Center Control panel to centralize settings, and users can manage the appliance via the LG ThinQ mobile app.
