Sofi Martínez and Diego Leuco public reunion and TV debut

Journalists Sofi Martínez and Diego Leuco, a former couple, recently had a public reunion at an event in Vicente López. Their warm interaction, which included a hug and conversation, occurred nearly three years after their separation and led to social media speculation regarding a possible reconciliation.

Following this encounter, the pair hosted the program ‘La Peña de Morfi’ together, featuring the musical group Los Pericos. During their first on-camera appearance as a duo since their breakup, they participated in a cross-interview segment moderated by Sebastián Wainraich to discuss their relationship and their definitive separation in 2024 after nearly eight years together.

During the exchange, Martínez revealed that she muted Leuco on social media immediately following their breakup to avoid seeing his posts, a move Leuco noted was “painful” as he felt blocked. The pair also shared personal anecdotes, including Martínez criticizing Leuco’s habit of chewing gum with his mouth open and Leuco remarking on Martínez’s frequent work travels to Paris.

In a subsequent appearance on the Telefe program ‘La Peña de Morfi’, the pair revisited their personal history. Martínez reiterated that she has silenced Leuco on social media to move forward, a detail that caused visible discomfort for the host. Leuco admitted to missing aspects of their former routine and confessed to having written numerous messages to her that he ultimately deleted. The interview also included lighter commentary, such as Martínez noting that Leuco ‘sleeps a lot’.
