He also utilized a private investigation agency to track the residence and movements of a military captain. The court emphasized that information regarding defectors is a protected secret, as disclosure could lead to retaliation against them or their families. This incident follows a previous conviction for the same individual in December of last year, which resulted in a four-year sentence for leaking military secrets.
