Recent updates show Chiclana progressing with a €2.9 million urban regeneration project in the El Pilar neighborhood to replace 24 flood-prone homes with 26 new protected dwellings. In Logroño, the Ateneo Riojano has been completed, while Soria has inaugurated 24 urban gardens. Additionally, Zamora is nearing completion of its new Civic Center, and Huelva has approved a €900,000 renovation for the area surrounding its bullring. Social services have seen significant reinforcement, particularly regarding elderly and dependent care. In Alicante, the City Council has reinforced personal autonomy programs, providing over 142,000 hours of home assistance and distributing more than 51,000 meals to seniors. In Cambrils, local authorities and AFA Costa Daurada launched training for caregivers of individuals with neurodegenerative diseases. Additional efforts include expanding home assistance in Aspe and providing free transport in Don Benito. Meanwhile, residents in the Llevant area of Tarragona are seeking official recognition for their zone as an area affected by recent heavy rainfall and wind damage.
