Retailers face penalties of up to 1 million PLN for non-compliance. While gasoline and diesel prices are regulated, LPG (autogas) prices have been rising, with some stations charging over 4 PLN per liter due to higher wholesale costs and geopolitical factors. LPG is not covered by the CPN price cap.
