In Morelos, Mexico, the Pase Olín program has begun distributing transport assistance cards to 4,190 students at the technological institutes of Zacatepec and Cuautla. Governor González Saravia has allocated 30 million pesos to the Pase Olín program to reduce mobility costs and assist students in their professional training. The scope of beneficiaries includes students from the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos (UAEM), the Polytechnic University of the State of Morelos (Upemor), the Technological Institute of Cuautla, and the Technological Institute of Zacatepec.
