In Kuwait, meetings with the Kuwait Investment Authority and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development targeted sectors such as agriculture, food security, mining, and infrastructure. In Egypt, Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty met with Ibrahim to discuss bilateral economic cooperation and the rehabilitation of transport and medical infrastructure. Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt’s support for Sudan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, emphasizing the necessity of a “Sudanese-led political settlement.”
